The name "Vale" reflects the brand's dedication to offering high-quality, health-conscious meals. Guests can enjoy a variety of options, including protein bowls, açai and poke bowls, along with handcrafted beverages and fresh bakery items that rotate seasonally.

The newest location, Delray Beach, boasts a modern twist on Vale's signature style, featuring earthy tones, sleek furnishings, and eye-catching artwork. The inviting atmosphere includes a 25-seat dining area with a cozy patio for al fresco dining. True to Vale's aesthetic, the restaurant is adorned with greenery, creating a lush and inviting atmosphere.

Vale began as a meal delivery service in 2014. Driven by demand, Sunny transformed it into a restaurant concept, opening the first location in Tallahassee in 2016. Since then, Vale has expanded across Florida, with locations in Gainesville, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, and Pinecrest.
