Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures recently celebrated a significant milestone with the topping off of their latest project, Forté on Flagler, a luxury waterfront condominium located at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. On April 19, the final beam was placed on the 25-story tower by a team of approximately 200 workers, a moment led by Moss Construction, the project's general contractor.

Reid Boren, Managing Partner of Two Roads Development, expressed pride in reaching this stage, emphasizing that the completion marks a significant step towards redefining luxury living along the West Palm Beach waterfront. He looks forward to welcoming residents in early 2025. Moss Construction’s Senior Vice President, Brian Wetherington, also reflected on the dedication to excellence and craftsmanship that brought the project to this point, acknowledging the team's efforts in contributing to West Palm Beach’s skyline.

Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interior concepts by Jean-Louis Deniot, Forté on Flagler offers exclusive living spaces including 40 half-floor residences and a spectacular full-floor penthouse. The penthouse features 8,900 square feet of interior space, an additional 2,000-square-foot private rooftop deck with a pool, and panoramic views of Worth Avenue, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The residences, priced from approximately $15 million to over $47 million, feature expansive outdoor living spaces, high ceilings, and custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms by Jean Louis-Deniot and Italkraft, equipped with high-end finishes from brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Waterworks.


Amenities at Forté on Flagler include a luxurious second-story pool deck with a 75-foot lap pool and heated spa, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and spa facilities with steam rooms, saunas, and private treatment areas. Additional facilities include a private dining room, theater, evening lounge, card room, and a multi-sport simulator, enhancing the living experience for residents.
