Nora District Announces Four New Tenants, Expands Dining, Wellness, and Retail Offerings

The $1 billion Nora District, a pedestrian-friendly destination in West Palm Beach, has announced four new tenants: Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, Sana Skin Studio, Mint, and The Spot Barbershop. Developed by NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital, Nora aims to enhance the lifestyle experience in Downtown West Palm Beach, becoming a central amenity for the community.

Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, draws inspiration from coastal Mediterranean cuisine, featuring seasonal menus with seafood, fresh produce, cheeses, olive oil, and spices. The restaurant will open its second Florida location at Nora.

Sana Skin Studio offers goal-driven facials and clean skincare products. Derived from the Spanish word for “to heal,” Sana focuses on education, helping guests understand their skin needs. Their curated retail features brands like Agent Nateur and Indie Lee.

Mint, inspired by the North Fork and the Hamptons, offers luxury clothing and accessories for women. With several boutiques in the Hamptons, Mint's Nora location marks its first expansion beyond New York.

The Spot Barbershop, established in 2001, specializes in upscale grooming services for men, combining traditional techniques with modern service. The chain has nearly 30 locations across South Florida.


Nora’s first phase, set for completion in early 2025, will transform North Railroad Avenue with over 150,000 square feet of commercial space, 55,000 square feet of office space, and a linear park. Additional confirmed retailers include Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, The Garret Group, Juliana’s Pizza, Celis Juice Bar and Café, Rumble, and [solidcore].


Future phases will include The Nora Hotel, a 201-key boutique hotel developed with BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson, as well as more office, retail, and residential spaces. Nora’s master plan is led by the City of West Palm Beach and PlusUrbia.
