Kiki on the River and KNR Hospitality Group founders plan Italy-influenced waterfront restaurant and lounge on the Miami River, with the longest dock line in the area

Updated: Jun 20

Roman Jones, the visionary behind Kiki on the River, and Nicola Siervo of KNR Hospitality Group, are set to launch Capitano, a luxurious two-story palazzo at 28 N.W. North River Drive.

Scheduled to open in 2025, the indoor-outdoor venue will cover over 14,000 square feet, featuring a courtyard, terrace, library-themed cocktail bar, lounge, and coffee bar.

Inspired by Italian coastal villas, Capitano will echo the charm of Positano, Capri, Puglia, and Sicily, complete with the area’s longest dock line for yachts up to 300 feet.

The restaurant will offer authentic Italian cuisine with ingredients sourced from regional producers and crafted by chefs specializing in Italian cooking techniques. Guests can also look forward to open-fire cooking, seaside street food, and an array of beverages.
