Luxury property developer DAMAC International has submitted its application for planning approval to the Town of Surfside for a new project.
The design for the project has been created by Zaha Hadid Architects, known for their innovative and award-winning work. This is the second project in Miami for the firm, following their acclaimed One Thousand Museum Tower. The new project will be a 12-story boutique oceanfront condominium with 57 residences. The design variations submitted incorporate a twin-building concept with sculptural elements inspired by the ocean.
The façade features balconies that stagger and geometric curves for privacy and shading. The designs also prioritize views and natural light, with generous balconies and community amenities such as a rooftop pool and an indoor exercise pool. The aim of the project is to create an ultra-luxury boutique experience that respects the location and offers a sense of closure and new beginnings for the Surfside community.
