The 40-story building will feature 466 luxury units, ranging from studios to larger one-bedroom apartments. Each unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes, and private balconies in select units. Residents can also customize their homes with gourmet kitchens and other upgrades.

Flow House is designed to cater to the growing demand for urban living that prioritizes community and connectivity. Neumann explained, “We learned while building Flow over the last two years that the exact same needs faced by renters are also faced by owners in terms of lack of community and lack of connectivity.”

Beyond the residential units, Flow House will offer a range of shared amenities to enhance the resident experience. These include coworking spaces, a resort-style pool, yoga studios, concierge services, a dog run service, a restaurant, and spa facilities.

Flow, which has received backing from venture capital firm a16z, is expanding its portfolio across the U.S. and internationally. The Miami condo project marks a significant milestone in the company's growth as it continues to develop properties that prioritize community, connectivity, and sustainable living.
