The 35-acre complex will include hotels, a Formula One museum, rental housing, and entertainment facilities. The project, estimated to cost between $400 million and $500 million, will be developed by a partnership between Immocorp Capital, The Faith Group, Azur Equities, Capstone Development, and Kushner Companies.

The initial phase will focus on constructing two luxury apartment towers, with future plans for hotels and entertainment areas. The development is expected to create a distinctive skyline for Miami Gardens and is scheduled for completion in 2025 at Northwest 191st Street and Northwest 27th Avenue
